Five things decide what a job costs

We show each of them in the quote, so you can see where the money goes and change what matters to you.

  • New words

    Repeated sentences and existing memory matches cost less than new text, and exact matches from your own memory cost least of all.

  • Workflow

    AI drafting with a linguist’s review costs less than a linguist translating throughout. Specialist review adds a step where the risk justifies it.

  • Languages

    Rates vary by language pair and by how many qualified linguists work in it.

  • Files

    Clean documents are quick to prepare. Scans, complex layouts and unusual formats need engineering first.

  • Deadline

    A sensible deadline keeps the price down. Urgent work is possible and is priced as such.

    We extract the translatable text and count it. Repeated sentences cost less, so you only pay full price for new words.

    Accept it

    Accept the quote online. If a file needs a person to prepare it, we confirm that part of the price by email first.

    Receive the files

    We run the job and send the files back in their original format, with the approved translations kept for your next job.

Is my content kept confidential?
Yes. We don’t train AI models on your content, a data processing agreement is available on request, and Privacy Mode keeps pre-translation on a local server for sensitive material.
Can I do the translation myself on the platform instead?
Yes. Every plan includes the same editor, memories, terminology and QA we use for managed work. See plans.
