Managed language services

Send us the job. We will run the workflow for you.

Use LanguageOps as your platform, your production team, or both. We can scope the work, prepare difficult files, coordinate linguists and reviewers, apply AI where it helps, complete QA, and return finished deliverables.

A service built around the job

Technology is useful. Finished work is the outcome.

Some teams want to operate the platform themselves. Others need capacity, specialist handling, or one accountable team to take a project from source files to approved delivery. We support both.

A named production route

We agree the scope, languages, quality level, review stages, deliverables, and owner before production starts.

The right mix per project

Use AI, translation memory, terminology, specialist linguists, client reviewers, or a fully human workflow according to the content and risk.

Deliverables you can reuse

Receive final files alongside approved translation memory and terminology assets where the project creates them.

Managed workflow

From brief to final files

01

Scope

Review the job

We inspect files, languages, word counts, formatting, audience, quality requirements, references, and deadline before quoting.

02

Prepare

Engineer the workspace

We extract content, repair or convert difficult formats, configure memories and terminology, and build the right production stages.

03

Produce

Translate and review

AI and human specialists work in the same controlled workflow, with revision, proofreading, comments, and approvals recorded.

04

Deliver

QA and hand back

We run linguistic and technical checks, recreate the required formats, package approved assets, and deliver against the agreed brief.

How the quote works

A clear scope before production starts

Managed work is quoted separately from the software subscription because language pair, volume, file condition, turnaround, review depth, and deliverables change the production cost.

Send representative files

A real sample lets us confirm translatable volume, repetition, format engineering, and the most efficient workflow.

Choose the review model

We can provide reviewers, work with your subject-matter experts, or prepare an AI-led workflow for your own final approval.

Agree timing and outputs

The quote defines milestones, final formats, included rounds, ownership, and any memories, termbases, reports, or media deliverables.

Possible deliverables

More than translated text

Translated and formatted source files
Approved TM and terminology assets
QA and LQA reports
Subtitles, transcripts, and dubbed media
Editable OCR outputs
Project handover and workflow documentation

Managed services FAQ

Before you send the files

Do we need a LanguageOps subscription?

No. We can quote managed work as a standalone service. If you want your team to continue working in the platform after delivery, we can also recommend the appropriate plan.

Can you work with our existing translators or reviewers?

Yes. We can prepare and manage the workflow while your linguists, subject-matter experts, or in-country teams translate, review, or approve assigned stages.

Can you quote a difficult file before we commit?

Yes. Send a representative sample and explain the required outputs. We will assess extraction, formatting, structure, volume, and review needs before confirming the scope.

Do you offer both AI and human translation?

Yes. The production route can be AI-led, human-led, or hybrid. We agree where human review is required and how approved changes should update memory and terminology.
